5. Refund Policy
- Digital Products: All sales of digital content (eBooks, journals, etc.) are final and non-refundable.
- Printed Products: Refunds may be issued for damaged or defective goods reported within 14 days of delivery.
- Publishing Services: Refunds on editorial, publishing, or promotional services are subject to the terms of the specific service agreement. Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion, depending on the stage of service completion.
6. Appointments
Appointments for consultations or editorial services must be scheduled in advance. Missed appointments without prior notice may be subject to cancellation or rescheduling fees.

TJE Publishers shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. We do not guarantee that content submitted will be published or commercially successful.

Return and Refund Policy
At TJE Publishers, we are committed to customer satisfaction and transparency. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before purchasing products or services from us.
1. Digital Products (eBooks, Journals, Magazines, etc.)
All sales of digital content are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been downloaded or accessed.
Exceptions:
Refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- The product was not delivered or accessible due to a technical issue on our end.
- A duplicate order was accidentally placed and reported within 24 hours.

2. Physical Products (Printed Books, Magazines, etc.)
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
- The item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.
Return Conditions:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the error was ours.

3. Publishing & Editorial Services
For services such as editing, publishing, formatting, or consultations:
- Non-refundable deposits may be required to secure a project or appointment.
- Refunds for services already rendered are not available.
- If you cancel before work begins, a partial refund may be granted based on the service agreement and time/resources already allocated.
Each service contract will outline specific cancellation or refund terms. Please refer to your agreement or contact us directly for clarification.
4. Processing Refunds
If a refund is approved:
- It will be processed to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
